By accessing or using ToxScreen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ToxScreen is a computational toxicology pre-screening tool that predicts ADMET liabilities (hERG, CYP3A4/2D6/2C9) using calibrated machine-learning models (ADMET-AI). Published per-endpoint accuracy figures (see the Methodology page) reflect in-distribution benchmarks and may not hold on novel chemistry; independent testing has found some endpoints perform near chance on chemistry outside the training distribution. Predictions are provided for research use only and are not a substitute for experimental validation.
You must register for an account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@toxscreen.ai of any unauthorized use.
API access is rate-limited per the published tiers. You may not circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the prediction pipeline, or use the Service to compete with EstimaBio's longevity drug discovery platform. We reserve the right to suspend access for abusive usage patterns.
ToxScreen predictions are for research and early-stage triage only. They are not validated for clinical decision-making, regulatory submission, or any use involving human or animal exposure. You must independently verify any prediction with wet-lab assays before making decisions that affect human health, animal welfare, or regulatory compliance.
The Service does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance. Nothing in any ToxScreen report constitutes medical or regulatory advice.
You retain all rights to the molecular structures (SMILES) you submit. ToxScreen reports generated for your compounds are yours to use. The ToxScreen platform, methodology, calibration data, and underlying EstimaBio pipeline are proprietary.
ToxScreen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall EstimaBio or NaxiAI be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to reliance on prediction accuracy, data loss, or business interruption.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your API key will be revoked and queued jobs may be cancelled.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
